I could see city from the window of the double room. Could use central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. I loved excellent and perfect location and the exceptional service of the team. There was a good restaurant, shopping malls and fairgrounds next door.

This hotel has a lot of potential but falls short on several fronts. While staff are eager to help and the windows offer excellent soundproofing, I struggled with a cramped room and limited amenities. Breakfast options were lacking, and a constant noise issue kept sleep elusive at night. Cleanliness was commendable, though. Worth considering if you can manage expectations.

the wifi didn't work. there is no mini bar in the room. there were no hygienic products in the room like body lotion etc.

Very new and modern. It's worth it. If you're going to visit the center and you don't have a car, it's far away.

The transport in Frankfurt is not good and also expensive. wifi is only for one device, something that gives a very bad image.

We had a neat stay with a clean room and a comfy bed that made our night relaxing after a long trip. The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic ways to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the extra charges for parking were a bit unexpected but didn’t ruin our overall good experience! 😊
